No reelect for Rockefeller, D-WVa

US Sen. Jay Rockefeller will not run for a sixth term in the U.S. Senate, meaning there will be an up-for-grabs Senate race across the border in West Virginia next year. Republican U.S. Rep. Shelley Moore Capito was already planning a run, amid increasingly good results for the GOP in the Democratic stronghold.

The GOP is trying to implement voter ID this year, which would have an impact on the race.
