Murphy on worst bosses list
Tim Murphy of Upper St. Clair has the third-highest staff turnover of those still in Congress, putting him onto the Washington Times' list of the worst bosses to work for on Capitol Hill. In the most recent years of their study of congressional payrolls his staff turnover has dropped to 23% per year from a high of 64% in 2006.
