Time to find out who's been naughty or nice!

Letters went out last week to owners of tax-exempt properties, asking for proof they they're still a purely public charity. If you'll recall, this is part of County Executive Rich Fitzgerald's push to tighten up restrictions on non-profits after public outcry against big hitters like UPMC.

If you'll also recall, there's likely plenty of room for improvement.
