A lot happening today with Medicaid and Gov. Tom Corbett's decision to opt-out of its expansion under Obamacare (taking a different course from neighboring GOP governors).
Senate Democrats are holding a hearing on the issue (viewable here) in Oakland; the AP's Marc Levy reports "many thousands" more were purged from Medicaid rolls than the state Department of Public Welfare says; and Gov. Corbett tells Fox Business expansion of the low-income health coverage plan "is not sustainable" in Pa and he doesn't see changing his mind pending ongoing conversations with feds.
