1. Pittsburgh Police want to take advantage of a state law change and move out of the city limits, while black residents say that will only make a bad relationship worse. 

2. In another setback for the the Corbett administration, the state Supreme Court sided with the SEIU and Democrats in blocking the closure of rural health centers around the state.

3. Police are patrolling Mayor Ravenstahl's house in Fineview after protestors over the Trayvon Martin murder trial went there. The protestors were peaceful however.

4. The city's Frick Environmental Center is in line for a $15 overhaul 11 years after it burned down.
