Former Pittsburgh mayoral candidate and city council president Jack Wagner told reporters today he'll decide soon if he wants to run for governor.

From the AP:

HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania — Former Pennsylvania Auditor General Jack Wagner said Monday he'll announce by the end of this year whether he plans to seek the Democratic nomination for governor in 2014.
