Gov debate set; Toomey in Pgh

John Micek at the Morning Call has the story on the first scheduled debate of this fall's big statewide races -- Corbett & Onorato will square off Sept. 27 at the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry dinner in Hershey. Former "Nightline" anchor Ted Koppel will moderate.

This afternoon, Pat Toomey will be at the GOP campaign HQ in Green Tree to hit Joe Sestak on spending. From his campaign:
