Dahlkemper in trouble: poll

Erie Democrat Kathy Dahlkemper is down a striking 13 points to Republican challenger Mike Kelly in a new poll released today by The Hill newspaper. (See their analysis of PA-3 here.)

Dahlkemper has 36% of the vote to the Butler car dealer's 49%, with 15% undecided. The poll of 401 likely voters in the district was done over the weekend, with a 4.9% MoE.

Independents break 53-21% for Kelly, with 22% undecided. The approval rating for Congress in the survey is a super-low 21%, and the rating for Obama 40%.
