Toomey heads to the bar

In his latest ad -- not sent out to the media, but a Pittsburgh TV viewer alerted the Inquirer -- Pat Toomey plays up his experience helping his brothers run a chain of bar/restaurants in Allentown. This is the part of his background that he likes most to talk about, whereas Democrat Joe Sestak would like to remind you that Toomey worked in the financial industry on Wall Street and in Hong Kong.

"Today, small businesses like these are losing jobs, and Washington's making it worse," Toomey says from the inside of one of his family's restaurants. He notes that Sestak supported the bailouts and health care bill, which he claims "are holding our economy down."

Toomey spokeswoman Nachama Soloveichik informs us that the ad is running statewide. Have a looksee below.
