AFSCME targets Kelly

We've written a lot about the third party groups attacking Kathy Dahlkemper. Now she's got a big one on her side, going after Mike Kelly.

The public employee union AFSCME filed a report with the FEC Tuesday saying it has bought $350,000 in advertising targeting Kelly, Dahlkemper's GOP challenger in the 3rd District. Looks like the ads will be handled by the Campaign Group in Philly.
