Sestak thank you tour to Beaver

As noted here before, former Senate contender Joe Sestak is taking a "defeat lap" -- but somehow we doubt it's a political farewell tour -- of Pennsylvania's 67 counties to thank supporters of his wild run that saw him take out Sen. Arlen Specter and fall just short of besting Pat Toomey. He'll be in Beaver on Monday at 4 p.m., at the IBEW Local 712 at 217 Sassafras Lane. From the invite:
Thank you so much for your wonderful support which made our campaign for the U.S. Senate possible!
Our appreciation gathering will provide a time for me to say thank you, and I would be honored if you could attend.
All are welcome … please bring your friends, family members, or anyone else you think would want to join us for this event.
