Levine in Philly election case

The Delaware County District Attorney has turned over its investigation of GOP congressional candidate Pat Meehan's nominating petitions to the state Attorney General's office, Pa2010 reports.

Why would we care about a petition signature battle way over in the Philly suburbs (see our map here of congressional districts, including the 7th)? Why, the lawyer for one of Meehan's Dem challengers is Pittsburgh's own (election battle tested) Cliff Levine. That's him, below left, backstage with Obama at the Mellon Arena in 2008.
