28% turnout expected

Allegheny County elections director Mark Wolosik is predicting 28 percent turnout for tomorrow's primary -- if we get a second we'll see how that stacks up against the last couple municipal years in 2007 and 2009.

Here are where the county's online returns will be available tomorrow night, via county spokesman Kevin Evanto:
