Fielder resigns as 12th Ward chair

Jacque Fielder, daughter of legendary Pittsburgh ward leader Dock Fielder, has resigned as the 12th ward Democratic chair in Lincoln-Lemington/Larimer, reports Chris Potter at City Paper. The resignation comes after she supported Phyllis Copeland-Mitchell in her failed challenge of incumbent city councilman Ricky Burgess.
