John Micek at the Morning Call has Tom Corbett's numbers here:

Republican Tom Corbett's campaign raised $1.77 million during the first quarter of 2010. With $4.9 million available, Corbett spent $943,036 and had $4 million on-hand at the end of the March 29 reporting period.

Leading Dem fundraiser Dan Onorato brought in $900,000 during the quarter so that means Corbett almost doubled him.
