MSNBC hits Kelly

Al Sharpton, guest hosting MSNBC's Cenk Uygur show today, took some jabs at Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Butler, picking up on a ThinkProgress video report on a recent town hall in which Kelly defended oil subsidies.
