Pa-9 incumbent Bill Shuster had an active 2nd quarter, raising $143,788 and spending about $60K, leaving him with $161,273 on-hand.

The Blair County Republican -- said to be a main player in Pa's redistricting talks -- got about half the contributions from PACs.
