More on Perry trip to Pgh

It looks like Texas Gov. Rick Perry will be giving the first policy speech of his presidential campaign Friday at U.S. Steel's Irvin plant in West Mifflin, PoliticsPa reports.

Expect a lot of talk on energy independence and rolling back regulations, says the Dallas Morning News. We'll go out on a limb and say there won't be a lot of nice talk about the EPA.
