Rep. Boyle threatens suit over vote redistribution plan

Philly-area Rep. Brendan Boyle is threatening to sue in federal court to block a GOP plan to proportionally divide Pennsylvania's electoral votes. Put forth by Senate Majority Leader Dominic Pileggi, R-Chester, the redistribution plan would allocate Electoral College votes by congressional district while two at-large votes would go to the winner of the statewide popular vote.
