Appellate candidates face off today

To remind us that, yes, there are appellate court spots on the November ballot, our friends at Capitolwire and PCN organized a candidate forum to remind us.

The Superior Court candidates faced off last week, leaving the pair of Commonwealth Court contenders to show their skills this morning. Republican Anne Covey and Democrat Kathryn Boockvar will face off in a televised forum this morning at 10 a.m. at Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg.

The hour-long discussion between will be moderated by John Gedid, dean of Widner's Law & Government Center, and Capitolwire bureau chief Pete DeCoursey.
