Doyle has $362K

D'oh -- we'd be riding the pine if this was Congressional baseball. We clicked on the wrong July Quarterly report. Here's a link to the correct one, and a new blog post as well.

Pittsburgh's Mike Doyle had $362,000 on hand at the close of June to defend his 14th District seat against Republican Melissa Haluszczak.

Doyle's 2nd quarter FEC report shows he came into the quarter with $302,000, raised $122,000 and spent $62,500. Most of his fundraising came from PACs: the largest donations of $5,000 each came from the National Beer Wholesalers Assoc, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and the Carpenters Legislative Improvement Committee.

Haluszczak, a Coraopolis paralegal, had not yet filed.
