A look at Dahlkemper/Altmire

With 15 percent of the vote in, Mike Kelly is beating Dem incumbent Kathy Dahlkemper in PA-3 and fellow Dem Jason Altmire is up in PA-4 . . . but not by as much as he'd probably like.

One would think Altmire needs to clean up in Allegheny County, but he leads in the D-dominated county by 8 points. (Beaver is a key Dem county too, but we don't have any results there yet.)

All that said, the results are coming in fast -- and changing -- now, so the picture will change.
