Rothfus pulls (a little) ahead

With 50% of the PA-4 vote in, Keith Rothfus has pulled ahead of Dem Jason Altmire by 1 percentage point. Still a way to go on this (especially Beaver Co results) but Altmire continues to underperform in Allegheny, where he is up by just 1.5%.
