Mark Critz and Jason Altmire are among the top five conservative Democrats -- in a list compiled by liberal Talking Points Memo -- campaigning on their opposition to health care reform.

Critz leads the list, as he's an interesting case -- he was the first Dem to run against the Obama administration way back in May, and didn't even cast a vote against HCR (his late boss Jack Murtha was still in office during the HCR debate, and voted in favor). If you recall, though, Critz sort of backed into this strategy -- he announced his opposition to the health bill only after GOP candidate Tim Burns hammered him for weeks on the issue.
