Stupak block critical (Updated)
Going on the information from The Hill below, the great (Pittsburgher) Jay Cost at Real Clear Politics notes this afternoon that the Dems can't get health care through without the block of Bart Stupak/anti-abortion Democrats (presumably including Kathy Dahlkemper).
Stupak is supposed to hold a presser in the Capitol any minute now.

UPDATE:
Sure enough, Kathy Dahlkemper is on Bart Stupak's right in a press conference announcing their support of health care reform -- now that Obama has released the executive order listed earlier.
The bill is "about life" says Toledo's Marcy Kaptur, claiming that wider health care will lower abortion rates. Chris Carney -- a Blue Dog Dem in a district that voted for McCain in 2008, just like Jason Altmire -- is also there.
"This is a whole life piece of legislation," Dahlkemper says, noting it will put money into care for young mothers, and that she had her first child in college at age 20.
