Rudy Giuliani will endorse Pat Toomey tomorrow afternoon at an event in Blue Bell, Montgomery County, the Republican's campaign announced this morning. (This follows Michael Bloomberg's endorsement of Joe Sestak in August.)

Toomey will then presumably hop in a plane and head to Pittsburgh for the second senatorial debate.
