The Philadelphia City Paper -- as it did during the primary -- is out with a provocative cover urging voters to back Joe Sestak, this time with a Halloween theme.

Naturally, Pat Toomey's campaign turned it into a fundraising pitch, with campaign manager Mark Harris tweeting: "Show the Philly City Paper some love, donate to their 'favorite' senate candidate, Pat Toomey" -- with a link to the fundraising page of Toomey's website.
