The single most important source of election information in Pennsylvania tonight is the Department of State's election site. It powers to life after the 8 p.m. close of polls.

The Post-Gazette has maps of county-by-county returns on the governor's race, the senate race and western Pennsylvania congressional races.

A tidbit for TV watchers: results are not reported by precinct anymore, but instead by the percentage of "expected vote." That's because so many states do early voting now (but not Pa: SHOCKER) that election-night precinct totals don't tell the whole story. (See more at Cook Political Report.)

Cook also has this handy table that shows -- using 2008 returns as a reference -- that the bulk of votes in both Pa and WVa should be known by 11 p.m.
