We pause from health care reform to note what Chris Briem rightly calls "a big story" for Pittsburgh, and by extension Luke Ravenstahl and Dan Onorato: just-released census figures show the good ol' rust belt Paris of Appalachia with its first net positive immigation influx in something like a century.

We'd also like to thank Chris for being a good sport with our new blogroll, which had Null Space at the top the past few days. We're going to start featuring other local blogs up there shortly.
