Toll Roads News reports that our old pal Bill Lieberman has gotten himself in some hot water with the Corbett administration.

Lieberman, the Pa Turnpike Commission vice president, announced two high-level appointments within the transportation agency last week, before Corbett's pick as transportation secretary could take over. The governor "went ballistic" upon hearing of the moves, Toll Roads said.

Lieberman is a longtime financial supporter of Republicans, but state records show no contributions to fellow Republican Corbett last year.
