We break from round-the-clock Rick Santorum coverage to bring you this pleasing to the eye (but not pocketbook) look at Pennsylvania local government from Pitt's Chris Briem. It ranks governments by the number of employees, and tilts toward the east, though the Pittsburgh schools do their bit to weigh it back our way.
