Acting West Virginia Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin isn't shooting anything -- yet.

Tomblin has launched his campaign website (the state Supreme Court ordered a special election this year) and it begins with a video highlighting his commitment to job creation. (Controversial!) But there's plenty of time to change -- Joe Manchin's first ads were pretty soft too, before he went so far as to shoot an energy bill in a late one.
