Joining the calvadade of bad census news for Pittsburgh -- the down congressional district numbers, down legislative district numbers, the city's purple blotches of brain drain -- comes another breakdown by Pitt's unstoppable Chris Briem.

This time it's on population loss by Pittsburgh City Council district -- yes, they get redistricted too -- and it shows all but one of the 9 districts loss population the last decade, with only Peduto's District 8 gaining them. Ricky Burgess's Homewood-based District 9 lost the most and Daniel Lavelle's District 6 lost the least.
