Goofs in senior guide

Each year, the Allegheny County Department of Human Services and a free newspaper called the Pittsburgh Senior News produce a reference book called the Allegheny County Senior Resource Guide. If the "elected officials" section is any indication, area seniors would be better off using The Google. If the section were simply out of date it would be understandable, but the resource guide -- uploaded here, scroll to page 97 -- head-scratchingly lists a couple attempted elected officials who were never actually elected to their posts.
Instead of Rep. Jason Altmire, the guide tells you that failed Republican challenger Keith Rothfus is your Fourth Congressional District representative. The U.S. senator listing is even stranger: It tells you, correctly, that Republican Pat Toomey is one of Pennsylvania's senators but lists the other as the man whom Toomey beat -- Joe Sestak -- instead of the actual Democratic senator, Bob Casey.
Perhaps, instead of being stuck in an alternate universe, they just are looking ahead to 2013 after a possible Altmire-Rothfus rematch and the fanciful rumored primary run by Sestak against Casey next year?
