Pennsylvania governor Tom Corbett, on his appointee to be CEO of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission: "On paper he’s a very qualified person if you just take out the part that he’s the father of my campaign manager.”

PS, we're still waiting on the rollout of that reform agenda promised last year.
