Rep. Jason Altmire, D-McCandless, shows $133,160 in the bank after a first-quarter fundraising haul of $189,467. Altmire's building back his bankroll from his skin-of-his-teeth win against Edgeworth's Keith Rothfus. Altmire, like the rest of the delegation, is keeping a keen eye on redistricting, that could put him in a primary race with his Democratic colleague Rep. Mark Critz.

Altmire is also shaking up his campaign apparatus this cycle: He ditched his fundraising consultant and moved campaign manager Rachael Heisler to D.C., where she's spending her days raising dough.
