The DCCC, following its opposite party brethren, is now airing television ads in the boiling hot 12th district race to succeed Rep. John P. Murtha. The ad attacks Republican Tim Burns, or "Millionaire Tim Burns" as he is referred, for his support for a national sales tax to replace the income tax. The DCCC is spending $136,000 on the buy.
