Once again, former Sen. Rick Santorum is headed to South Carolina to plow some fertile conservative ground for a 2012 presidential run. On Monday he'll be campaigning with Rep. Gresham Barrett, who's running for governor, and delivering a speech at The Citadel.

This trip, as they all are, will be paid for by his PAC, which I wrote about recently.
