From District 3 in Northwest Pa, home of the biggest GOP primary field in the state:
Incumbent Democrat Kathy Dahlkemper raised $38,270; spent $102,000; and had $792,000 on-hand for November.
Retired businessman Paul Huber raised $60,000 during the month (not including a new $50,000 personal loan, bringing his grand total to $300,000 in self-funds). He spent a whopping $230,000, most of it in advertising and mailers. He ended April with $179,000 cash-on-hand.
Pharmaceutical salesman Clayton Grabb raised $2,800; loaned himself $20,000; spent $20,300; and ended April with $9,100 on-hand.
Factory worker Ed Franz raised $3,000; spent $6,300; had $12,300 on hand; and loaned himself $12,400.
Auto dealer Mike Kelly raised $29,700; spent $182,000; had $37,000 on-hand at the end of April. He has loaned himself $165,000.
