Most people thought the PA-3 race among six GOP candidates would come down to Butler's Mike Kelly and Meadville's Paul Huber, and that's exactly what's happening . . . and the race is still too close to call.

Kelly has 28.8% and Huber 25.7% with a full 80% of the vote in.
