Sen. Arlen Specter just made his first appearance on Capitol Hill since his loss in the primary Tuesday night, voting for cloture on the Wall Street reform bill -- which passed 60-40 -- but left atypically out of a back exit to the Senate chamber, out of sight of this reporter (and others).
